This is an evening Cardio & yoga practice will be performed in dynamic, yin/yang with cardio flow & yoga stretches. Moving o high energy music. Them slow down with some relaxation.
This is where strength meeting focus and softness, fire meeting breath, effort meeting ease.
Bring Optional Props:
Yoga mat
Water
Resistance bands
Ankle weights
Foam roller for post-class release
