Morning ☀️Yoga

This is a morning power yoga practice that becomes a living dance of yin and yang where strength meeting softness, fire meeting breath, effort meeting ease.

As the sun rises, we awaken the body with yang energy:

• heat‑building sequences

• intentional strength

• rhythmic breath that clears the night and calls in clarity
